Listings in the Kentucky Sun Pages are open to firms providing specialized services and/or products related
to renewable energy, energy efficiency, or green building in the state of Kentucky.
Firms and individuals listed in the Sun Pages must have a current business license and any professional
registration required by the Commonwealth of Kentucky for their field of practice. Building related
professionals should refer to the Kentucky Building Code 2002 (commercial construction) and the Kentucky
Residential Code 2002. Copies of the Kentucky Building Codes can be acquired from the Office of Housing,
Buildings, and Construction (http://hbc.ppr.ky.gov
or (502)573-0369).
Building related professions requiring Kentucky registration include, but are not limited to, Architect,
Engineer, Plumbing Contractor, Electrical Contractor, and HVAC Contractor. Real estate professionals
should refer to Kentucky Real Estate License Law in Chapter 324 of the Kentucky Revised Statutes
(www.krec.net).
The Kentucky Solar Partnership (KSP) and ASPI reserve the right to refuse listings to any individual or party, or to remove any individual or party from the list, for any reason, at KSP and ASPI's sole discretion. In addition, companies that have ceased operations or have a negative record with the Better Business Bureau may be removed. Discontinued listings may be reinstated upon request, at KSP and ASPI's discretion.
The Kentucky Solar Partnership and ASPI make no endorsement or recommendation of firms and individuals
listed in the Sun Pages. Registrants may not make representations of endorsement by KSP or ASPI as a
result of being listed in this directory.
